    The Hospital Management System is a website designed for registration and management of patient records and easy access to records. The system will serve the registrar, physicians, laboratory technicians and chemists in storing and managing patient records in a hospital or clinic for easier access and reference. All these activities are done routinely and would be cumbersome for staff if done manually, hence the need for efficient and easy-to-use management software to help reduce the workload of staff at the hospital.
