The results of the study revealed that teachers strongly believe that PLCs have a favorable impact on instructional climate. The results of this study also showed that the males have better perceptions about PLC than the females and there is no difference in the perceptions of males and females about the instructional climate and teachers’ perception about PLC improves with the age and teaching experience while there is no impact of age and teaching experience on the perception of teachers about instructional climate and there is no impact of qualification on the teachers’ perception about PLC and instructional climate. With these results, it is inspiring to believe that further investigation may be performed to discover whether PLCs have a positive impact on instructional climate at higher level.
