    Nigehdasht (Doctor Recommender & COVID Chatbot) is a mobile application. Purpose of making this app is to overcome the basic problem which the patient faces before setting appointments with the doctor. The main problem is that the patients have to visit the hospitals/clinics for an appointment or make a call for an appointment. It is very hard for patients or for their caretakers to come to hospitals especially to set appointments with the doctors which causes wastage of time and also deteriorates the patients’ health. At the moment it is very hard to go to hospitals due to COVID pandemic and we don’t see this pandemic leaving us anytime soon. When anyone makes a call for an appointment ambiguous errors occur i.e. miscommunication on both ends, network failure etc. For the above mentioned problem we are going to introduce an app to cover this problem. The app will help the patients to set an appointment with a relevant doctor. This app will get a patient's response in forms then it will show the relevant doctors on the map according to the patient’s condition/disease within a specified radius. With our project, we hope that the appointment system of the hospital will be fully online and there will be no need to go to the hospital for the appointment. The patient will set their appointments while sitting at their home that will save their time.
