    Automated truck dispatching system
(UMT.Lahore, 2024) Muhammad Saad Riaz; Aima Tanveer; Kainat
Route Ease addresses the huge problem of truck dispatching as delivers are not delivered at desired time, negligence of truck drivers is also seen; to solve this problem we develop an automated truck dispatching system. It aims to develop a smart assistant for trucking companies. It uses technology to automatically plan the best routes for trucks, assign tasks to drivers, and keep an eye on everything in real-time. This system helps companies save money, make deliveries faster, and keeps customers happier. It's like having a superefficient manager for all the trucks, making sure everything runs smoothly. Administrators oversee the platform, ensuring fair processes and providing support. The methodology employed involves user friendly interfaces for registration and login, efficient truck listing with images, and quality inspection requests. Secure online payment systems, real-time chat functionalities, and SMS/email notifications enhance the user experience.
