    “Impact of Cabin Crew Services on Air Carrier Business”

    Airline cabin crew are the main source of airline in retaining their customers because they are the main face of airline and represents them as a brand representatives. There is sheer need of maintaining and enhancing the training standards of cabin crew personnel’s according to international practices. The main aim of our research is to determine the impact of cabin crew service on air carrier business. A total of 45 passenger’s traveling on Pakistan based airlines are participated in this study. The study was conducted in a questionnaire-based interview with passengers of different Pakistani based Airlines at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore. According to the study and findings we observed that cabin crew services plays a significant role in airline business. 30 respondents out of 45 which means 67% states that cabin crew services matter while they choose an airline for traveling purpose. In Pakistan Serene Air is on top in providing quality cabin crew services, Airblue rank on second and PIA rank last by respondents. The respondents had very positive attitude towards Serene Air and they consider it the best in-flight service provider. Airblue seems to competing with Serene Air, as Airblue is ranked on second by the respondents. Now PIA is improved as compared with few years ago, but still it requires more efforts from PIA to compete with the cabin crew services standards of Airblue and Serene Air. As PIA is ranked last by the respondents. It is observed from study that cabin crew services have major impact on airlines. The airlines with good cabin crew services are becoming famous and having a good business as compared to those airlines that have below average cabin crew services, those airlines business is going in downfall because customers don't choose those airlines, they prefer airlines that have good cabin crew services because people nowadays prefer most convenient and easy go airlines.
