    In the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence, the development of specialized AI based assistants presents a significant leap forward in automating and personalizing digital communication and information retrieval. This project introduces a dual-module AI assistant system designed to enhance productivity and user engagement in academic and professional settings. The system comprises two core modules: Jinjar, an email assistant, and Adams, an admission assistant, each powered by OpenAI's GPT-3 model to offer tailored responses and interactions based on user inputs.
