    Self-Service Hospital Reception system
(UMT,LAHORE, 2022) Muhammad Hassan raza, Muhammad Mubashir Rasheed, Faizan Shafqat
Customer and patient service continues to be an important factor for improving quality in healthcare units, for this reason We have proposed a Self-Service Hospital Reception system to provide diagnostic health care services in an efficient manner; which could in time became as popular and pervasive as ATM’s are today for financial activities and other activities. We have developed a self-service and web based Self Service Hospital Reception System which is a comprehensive, integrated information system designed to manage the administrative, financial and clinical aspects of a hospital. Self service Hospital Reception system will put an end to chaos and long queues in hospital reception by allowing patients to complete the appointment process themselves on user-friendly kiosks screen. This project proposes a performance interaction between GUI and user. We will use Java Server Pages (JSP); a technology for developing web pages that support dynamic content. Quality human resources, good support system, user-friendly and adequate training of the end user will determine the success of the implementation of a self-service hospital reception system
