    THE NEED ASSESSMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM (HRIS) AT SHAHTAJ SUGAR MILLS PVT. LTD

    This study having an aim to conduct the need assessment Human Resource Information System (HRIS) at Shahtaj Sugar Mills Pvt. Ltd. which is one of the well-equipped industrial organization of Pakistan. The study is carried through the data & information collected through a structured questionnaire, having demographic and HRIS related questions. The data analysis carried through SPSS and exhibited further with the help of tables, pie charts and histograms. Results revealed that a small proportion of employees consisted of female’s workers at the said place. It is further interpreted that mostly the employees are of seasoned and middle age groups, the critical age group when a person makes smart choices, a significant frequency of the respondents consisted of happily married and it’s supported by the literature that the married employees are more concerned about the smart and innovative human resource solutions like HRIS within organizations
