    Tluough this work I have tried to study all the related phenomena of the specific type of vocabulary used by the officers (Trainees of Management and Professional Development Department), to make suitable use of office work, giving interviews, taking interviews, making presentations, addressing the nation and people and writing speeches in an impressive , thought provoking and all-pervasive manner. Through this investigation I tried to design a skill development programme for the officers. I surveyed and talked to a number of officers and analyzed the ways they work and found their knowledge to be inadequate as well as they were dependent on others to do the work (hey could no! do due in laek of proper Iraining. I Inke parlicular care in iindcr.stnnding the difficulties of officers (Trainees) in understanding the English accent of the officers heloiij'.iiig lo dirrerenl and .sirala ofsocicly n.s well ns gnunmalical aspects of the English Language.
