    The Web-Based FYP Management Portal represents a pioneering way to deal with the inefficiencies inherent within the traditional procedure of managing final year projects (FYPs) within academic institutions. Recognizing the challenges confronted by students and management in submission, documentation management, meeting advisor, and project evaluation, this project endeavors to streamline and simplify FYP management. The scope of the project includes the development of a complete online portal with specific user interfaces for students, admin and advisor . Students can seamlessly submit project proposals, manage documentation, and communicate with advisor, at the same time as admin can approve the registration request as well as the project. whereas advisor can allow the efficient tools for reviewing proposals, checking plagiarism, providing guidance, and approving projects. The portal seeks to revolutionize the FYP management landscape through fostering collaboration, enhancing communication, and automating key processes. Through progressive features and user-pleasant interfaces, the Web-Based FYP Management Portal aspires to empower both students and advisor, ultimately contributing to greater ,enriching and more successful final year project in academic establishments. This documentation offers a detailed account of the project’s development, functions, and its capacity impact on the academic landscape
