    The mediating role of Organizational Culture between Islamic Leadership and Organizational Performance
    (UMT, Lahore, 2018) Muhammad Amin Arif
    This study explores the mediating influence of organizational culture on the relationship between Islamic leadership and organizational performance in the manufacturing industry of Lahore, Pakistan. Using convenience based sampling; data were gathered from 250 top management employees. Descriptive statistics were reported, followed by reliability analysis, Pearson coefficient of correlation and hypotheses testing using regression analysis. Findings indicate, Islamic leadership has influence on organizational culture and organizational performance. Furthermore Organizational culture acts as a mediating variable between of Islamic leadership and organizational performance. Therefore, Managers in manufacturing sector try to modify their organizational culture as affecting and suitable for organization performance. Islamic leadership encourages the new ideas innovations and creativity to enhance the organizational performance. This research has center of attention only one section top level management department of manufacturing concern industry, but in future, services sector can also be explored in detail.
