    Industrial smart camera
(UMT Lahore, 2022) Fatima; Aatiqa Saleem; Muhammad Akbar Khan
The system first sense the flowing product on conveyor belt under the U shaped wooden box with illuminations. The IR sensor is attached with the raspberry pi 4. The sensor send the signals to pi camera and pi camera captured the product from above, where expiry date of product is written. Then the captured image is processed by applying algorithms and Ai techniques whether the expiry date is readable and logical or not. and then it will generate output/label. Expired product will be discarded by the worker and fresh product will flow further, same case is with printing and designing.

Synthesis of Curcumin Conjugated cuo Nanoparticles and Evaluation of Antibacterial and Anticancer Activity
(UMT, Lhr, 2022) Muhammad Akbar Khan
Nanobiotechnology is a rapidly developing sector that is influencing every field of study, from electronics to biology. The core of nanobioctechnology is nanoparticles, because of their incredibly tiny size and large surface area, nanoparticles are capable of bringing about treatments and cures for illnesses that were previously not achievable. In this study Curcumin-Copperoxide Nanoparticles were synthesized by using precipitation method, this method produced high yield of nanoparticles with in less time and unexpansive chemicals which was easily available. 0.02 mol of copper acetate and 0.01mol of curcumin is used in this research. Initially neon yellow color was observed which was changed into brownish black color after 1 hour stirring at 80°C and 500 rpm. UV analysis was done which gave peak at 370nm. FTIR analysis confirmed the conjugation of Curcumin with CuO NPs and also showed phenolic, ketonic, methyl, Hydroxyl and Carboxyl groups was present. Agar well diffusion and culture based antibacterial activity was performed which gave positive results against garm-negative bacteria E.coli and gram-positive bacteria Bacillus subtilis. MTT assay was performed for anticancer activity of Curcumin conjugated Copperoxide nanoparticles. Hela Cells and MTT colored reagent was used which give purple color ,the intensity of color shows the cell death. The Cur-CuO NPs shows 26% Cell death within 2 hours. In future it can be used as anticancer drug or can also be used as drug delivery agent
