    The project discusses enhancing the productivity with quality of the sewing unit by using industrial engineering techniques. The principle of motion economy is the industrialengineering technique which is used in this project for reducing the human fatigue and enhancing the productivity, as labour is the vital asset of the industries.Thearticle selected for the implement of the study is five pocket basic jeans. The content of the project would facilitate the organization (Nishat Apparel) where it will apply in near future; the benefits to the organization can be listed as increase in productivity which leads to profit earning of the organization and pay incentives getting higher.
