    Smart health monitoring system
(UMT Lahore, 2021-03-10) Ali Hamza; Muhammad Afaq Nasir; Hamza Abdullah; Saira Babar
Nowadays natural epidemics like COVID-19 have affected every field and different business in Pakistan, especially the healthcare sector. There is no proper monitoring system in hospitals and due to Covid, it becomes necessary to check the report of the patient. By considering the progress of IoT in this context, we are introducing an IoT based health monitoring system that provides an intelligent solution to monitor the health of a patient. The proposed system consists of a module that connects wirelessly to the webserver, monitoring the live health coverage of the connected patient. The health band checks the ECG, pulse rate, and temperature of the patient in real-time and the doctor can monitor the health using the web portal. It is beneficial for doctors and patients both that they have no more need to directly interact with each other. By using this monitoring system, the patient report will be directly forwarded to the doctor, or we can design it manually according to their demands.
