    Inventory Management on Clive Shoes Final Year Project – 2021

    My study covers main warehouse and 50 retail outlets of Clive shoes running in all over the Pakistan. The purpose of this project is to rationalize the whole supply chain process by writing the supply chain SOP’s with efficient and effective ways to monitor their inventory management system from warehouse to retail outlets.
