    Impact of airline service on Passengers satisfaction level Pakistan

    Objective: The research reported in this final year project was on “Impact of airline service on Passengers satisfaction level Pakistan”. The research purpose was to study the impact of Pakistan airlines service on Passengers satisfaction. The secondary data was collected by the old literature librae and internet, and primary data was collected by questionnaires which was filled by the passengers in the Allama International Airport. SPSS software was applied on the data which was collected by the question survey. The finding suggests the five main items Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy impact on passengers’ satisfaction. The sum of 150 passengers were chosen randomly to gather the information through survey. The honest reliability and validity of every survey were tried through regression liner test and variable examination with positive reactions. The study applied ANOVA, connection, and decline the results. Results: The outcomes proclaimed that PIA shows serious means for kindness for significant quality, Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. Air Blue showed a critical mean for confirmation aspect of administration quality while not fulfill the needs of their customers for Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. End: The point-by-point examination has demonstrated that help quality as Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy is the main supporter of the fulfillment of passengers of the Aircraft Business
