    Feasibility study on dairy farm in Pakistan (Punjab)

    The most consumable and marketable product in the consumer market is milk, which is not only demanded in domestic market but also have huge share in international market. In commercial market (International) best and major source of milk is cow, where as Buffalo full fills domestic needs. This feasibility report has been conducted for Dairy Milk construction forms with the objectivity of increase in production of per cow milk by the help of advance technology, effective, efficient and state of art management facilities. A unique blend of technical skills is better to attain economies of scale. Feasibility report shows projects initial cost of Rs.192,195,710/- which is further divided in to initial Capital Cost and Initial Working Cost which are Rs.178,323,750and 13,871,960respectively. Attached Projected Income Statement shows the payback year of the invested project is approximately 4.32 years.
