    Arduino based protection of 400v/240v costly electrical equipment

    The main intention of this project is to design an Arduino based differential protection scheme that can be used for costly household electrical equipment’s. The system checks the operating parameters of the appliance like current and feedbacks it. The system is designed such that it is able to detect the difference in the current values of primary and secondary sides of the electrical equipment and isolate the appliance from the line in case of fault. Zone of differential protection is defined for the electrical equipment. If a fault occurs in the zone the differential protection, it operates the relays isolating the electrical equipment from the healthy system. This isolation process is to ensure that the electrical equipment is safe from any of these differences in current values that can make it to overheat and thus getting it damaged. A Hall Effect current sensor is used in this project as the interfacing instrument between the electrical equipment and the Arduino microcontroller. A relay is used as tripping device to isolate the electrical equipment from the healthy system in case of fault. An LCD is used to show system current readings and indicate cases of differential fault. All these peripheral devices depend on the microcontroller to make them operate. Some of the tools used in this project include Arduino IDE programming software used to write the program for the microcontroller. Proteus simulation software is used to test whether the design works appropriately before its implementation on hardware.

Real estate is the most profitable business in Pakistan, and to retain the market and get proper client satisfaction, they need a CRM tool. A real estate brokerage has a team of real estate agents (realtors) who help facilitate a transaction between the buyers and sellers of property. Their job is to represent either party and help them achieve a purchase or sale. Different categories of consumers, including renters, tenants, buyers, plot buyers, etc and their inquiries are encountered by real estate companies working on numerous housing and apartment developments. These businesses demand a platform where they can manage their teams, all of their clients, and their questions. The goal of this project is to upgrade the traditional paper management system and address the issue. The client and how the client changed over time with the user are tracked by the project. The Project also keeps a record of all the jobs completed and those that remain for the clients. The issue of lead, customer, and user management is helped by this project. These can all be handled in one location.

    EMERGENCY MEDICAL SYSTEM

    This document is about developing a web application named as “Emergency Medical System” which is a simple and efficient system to make it easier for all medical emergency institutes to prevent losing lives of people during emergency situations. At time of emergency situation, it becomes difficult for rescue team to bring injured patients to hospital from incident location while proving them Basic Life Support (BLS) and it takes a lot of time for a patient to reach under reservation of doctor. Emergency Medical System provides facility to rescue team to start treatment of patient by taking valuable instructions from doctor during all the journey from incident location to hospital. They can send important details about patient to doctor, so doctor has all the information about patient and also all necessary arrangements for patient's treatment are made even before patient reaches the hospital. This system also provides facility to keep record of patient's medical data that can be beneficial for them to use anywhere, at any time. This makes Emergency Medical System efficient and less complex system.
