    The product Human Resource Management System is connected with the managment departments of organizations to automate the process of managing employees ,tasks , trainings and salaries,because of the paperwork burden and storage crisies of record rooms It causes companies to face delays and invest a lot of amount in the long term maintainence of records, with the increase in volume of campanies increases the problems.Mankind from the start was curious and always focused on the solution to if not eleminating the problem than to simplify it so that it could be managed easily.We belive that our effort is following the very spirit of that golden rule and science .The scope of this product is good because it has potential to become the daily need of the organizations. It can contain certain rules to be implented acording to the desire of organizations. For example in our system each employee is allowed to have 5 leaves under normal circumstances.The objective of this product is to be an assitent and record room for an organization at a same time at very effordable cost.We have developed this product as a website so it can make access easy and ensure the safty of data, as for as its result is concern we believe it is satisfactory.
