    AlphaMart is an online platform in which customers can access multiple stores online in just single system. The platform is available in both mobile application and website which makes it convenient for the access of the system. AlphaMart intends to make the lifestyle of shoppers easy by offering vast category of products from multiple stores. The stores are set in such a convenient way that depending on customer’s current location, it will provide different stores available from that region. Customer can easily purchase different products from different stores and can pay via cash on delivery system. The platform not only is provided for one actor, but have different interfaces for each user types. There are separate and unique features for administrator, managers and customer support. Each actor has their own use cases according to their requirements.
