    In this research, different kinds of problems and hurdles were discussed that can be associated with the medium size textile mill. These problems can directly and indirectly affect the production or overall quality performance of the medium scale textile mill. Moreover, the research project worked on the opinion of people for analyzing or reporting the main area of the problem in quality. At the end, the project has suggested some significant recommendations for improving the quality of the implementation of suggested quality control tools
