    In the recent years the term pilot shortage has become typical terminology added to the aviation dictionary. Airlines, aviation business analysts, flying experts, and flying creator has cautioned of a pilot shortage that is not approaching however one that has just settled in. Many airlines have just started to feel the impact of the pilot shortage; as different carrier are attempting to think of answer of relieve it. In spite of this, there is discussion on whether the pilot shortage is truly valid or in the event that it is simply one more negligible myth. This honors proposal expects to demystify what the pilot shortage is, and clarify whether the shortage is valid or not. Besides, this thesis will investigate what elements caused the pilot shortage and what keeps on setting off the progress of the shortage. Likewise, the thesis will uncover the impact that the pilot deficiency has had on the aircrafts. All the more critically, this theory will break down the present arrangements being set up to diminish the impacts of the pilot shortage, and weather this arrangement s are successful or not. I will give proposals and suggestions on arrangements that I think will decrease the pilot shortage
