Airlines, aviation business analysts, flying experts, and flying creator has cautioned of a pilot shortage that is not approaching however one that has just settled in. Many airlines have just started to feel the impact of the pilot shortage; as different carrier are attempting to think of answer of relieve it. In spite of this, there is discussion on whether the pilot shortage is truly valid or in the event that it is simply one more negligible myth. This honors proposal expects to demystify what the pilot shortage is, and clarify whether the shortage is valid or not. Besides, this thesis will investigate what elements caused the pilot shortage and what keeps on setting off the progress of the shortage.
