Item An Empirical Assessment of the Influence of Job Security and Employee Rewards on Organization Performance(UMT, Lahore, 2024) MUHAMMAD ASADThe object of this study is to explore the relationship between Employee job security, Employee Rewards and organizational performance. Research data was collected through cross sectional method and the population size of the study is 322 according to Lahore Develop Authority (LDA). Sample size 296 according to morgan table. Our results show that job security and employee rewards have a significant positive impact on organizational performance, as measured by productivity, employee satisfaction, and retention. Specifically, our findings indicate that employees who perceive higher job security tend to experience lower levels of stress and anxiety, leading to improved physical and mental well-being. This, in turn, enhances their motivation and engagement, resulting in increased productivity and better job performance. Similarly, employee rewards, such as recognition, bonuses, and career advancement opportunities, play a crucial role in fostering a sense of accomplishment and boosting employee morale. Our study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the importance of job security and employee rewards in driving organizational success. The findings have practical implications for human resource management, highlighting the need for organizations to prioritize job security and employee recognition to enhance their performance and competitiveness. Moreover, our study underscores the importance of employee engagement and motivation as key mediators in the relationship between job security, employee rewards, and organizational performance. The study's results have significant implications for organizations seeking to improve their performance and competitiveness in today's dynamic and challenging business environment. By prioritizing job security and employee rewards, organizations can create a positive work environment, foster employee engagement and motivation, and ultimately drive business success.Item ANALYSIS OF HEALTH LEVEL 7 (HL7) OPEN-SOURCE CONNECTORS FOR MEDICAL RECORD EXCHANGE(UMT, Lahore, 2021) MUHAMMAD ASADPresently, Open Source Software (OSS) is being widely utilized in the healthcare networks. With the plurality of different OSS in healthcare network, integration between two or more medical systems is of prime importance. This triggers a need for software to integrate these various systems. Among these integrators, Health level 7 (HL7) is an interoperability communication standard in health care networks. The aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of some available open source HL7 connectors. After listing some open source connectors, a technical analysis has been done on these connectors, comparing various characteristics and properties of each connector. Open source connectors have also been compared with each other along the basis of user support features available in these connectors. Many of the projects have not been implemented practically on a real time basis. Just about two-third of the available connectors are implemented and used in a few health organizations. Security issues have not been discussed in any of the available connectors. We have found the mirth connector better as compared to others. Nevertheless, it still requires improvements in terms of security and features. It is concluded that there is a considerable development in the OSS for the healthcare integration engine. Nevertheless, still a wide range of OSS applications is in development to facilitate the consolidation among the hospitals.Item Math point(UMT.Lahore, 2016) MUHAMMAD ADNAN ASHARF; MUHAMMAD ASAD; ABDUL REHMAN TARIQThis project is a real time android application through mobile connected with website regarding mathematics problem. Our project is math point in which user post a math problem via snap shoot and text form and started a chatting with qualified and expert tutor with in minute. Our purpose system is to teach the student or learn about the problem when they stuck in to solve the problems .in this way our application help to the student regarding math problem. The session time between student or tutor limited not for 24 hour session. We develop this android application in android studio.
