    The purpose of this study was to find out influence of communication and the involvement of employees on job satisfaction within DHL Lahore. For that reason primary and secondary data was collected. Some implications and recommendations are also provided so that the company will have the opportunity to create effective communication strategies for the future to increase the job satisfaction of employees. This case study will help in finding out the importance of communication in maintaining the satisfaction of employees towards the organization. It will also help in finding critical solutions towards the issue which is currently being faced by DHL Lahore. This case study will further in developing the new researches in more directed way towards the importance of communication. It will provide valuable information for the organizations, to improve their communication and information flow within the organization order to hold their valuable employees
