The purpose of this project is to develop an online clothing store web application with augmented reality (AR) capabilities for virtual try-on. The traditional online shopping experience often lacks the ability for customers to try on clothing items before making a purchase, leading to uncertainties and potential returns. To address this issue, our web application integrates advanced AR technology, allowing users to virtually try on clothes in real-time using their devices. The key features of our web application include a user-friendly interface for browsing and selecting clothing items, a secure payment system for seamless transactions, and an intuitive virtual try-on experience using augmented reality. By leveraging AR technology, customers can overlay virtual garments onto their live video feed, enabling them to visualize how the clothes would look and fit on their own bodies. The development process involves utilizing computer vision algorithms to accurately detect and track the user's body, enabling precise garment placement and alignment. Additionally, we integrate realistic fabric simulations to provide customers with an immersive and authentic virtual try-on experience. To ensure compatibility across devices, our web application is designed to be responsive and accessible, supporting various platforms such as desktops, tablets, and smartphones. In addition to enhancing the shopping experience for customers, our web application provides benefits to clothing retailers as well. By offering a virtual try-on feature, retailers can reduce the rate of returns and increase customer satisfaction. Moreover, the application provides valuable insights through data analytics, enabling retailers to understand customer preferences, optimize inventory management, and tailor marketing strategies. Through this project, we aim to revolutionize the online clothing shopping experience by bridging the gap between the virtual and physical realms. By providing customers with a realistic and interactive virtual try-on experience, we seek to enhance their confidence in making informed purchasing decisions and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of clothing retailers in the digital age
