    The effectiveness of zoom assisted teaching and learning for esl learners at undergraduate level

    This study is executed in the milieu of looming evolution in study techniques during the COVID 19 which is considered as an upheaval in teaching and learning. The vision of language learning in the pandemic situation is modified with the use of e-classrooms. ZOOM is precise software of e-classroom that is used for prolonging the cascade of study in the COVID-19 through remote learning. In universities, the supplementary focus is on students' necessities and motives because students at that level are cognizant of their needs as per their selection of the particular subject domain. A mixed-method strategy is applied for accomplishing the aims of the research through the data assortment, includes the questionnaire database of 50 ESL students of DLC UMT main campus having the same age group of 19 years. Likewise, with the help of the research gate, interviews from teachers will be conducted by getting their reflection on the 5 selected subsidiary questions leading to the main research question. The 10 most senior professors of DLC are visualized as 1:5 in the data report to mention the ratio between teachers and students. Questions for teachers and students are designed under the eclectic approach and the number of questions remains 15 respectively. Hence, the investigation results are precisely established on the stance of teachers and students by using a questionnaire on online teaching and learning through ZOOM. SPSS is incorporated as a tool of data analysis for the precise and justified prognosis of the quantitative data.
