Item Temperament, self esteem and eating problems in female college students(University of Management and Technology Lahore, 2017) Kanwal Urooj, SyedaThe aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship among temperament, self-esteem and eating problems in our culture. In this study 4 measures were used from which 2 were the indigenous scale named as Temperament Scale (Durani, Mahmood, & Saleem, 2017)and Self-esteem scale (Zafar, Saleem, & Mahmood, 2012). The third scale was named as EDQ(Fairburn &Beglin, 1994). A demographic form was also used in order to measure the demographic characteristics of the participants (N=400). The sample was consisting on (N=400) participants and all were female. All the participants were college students of 1st year &2nd year and their age range was 15-19. Correlation and regression was used in order to see the relationship among all factors. Results showed that impulsivity is positively correlated with eating problems similarly anxiousness and low self-esteem have positive relationship in the expression of eating disorder.
