    Foregrounded irregularities in Perveen Shakir’s selective poems

    In stylistic analysis, foregrounded irregularities plays a vital role in removing the ambiguity and obscurity in any piece of literature especially poetry. In this study, the researcher has analyzed eight poems by PerveenShakir, with a particular focus on four deviations namely semantic deviation, graphological deviation, dialectical deviation and register deviation within the stylistic analysis. The analyses of the poems reveal that stylistics, linguistics and language as well as literary criticism and literature are inter-linked. In addition to this, the carefully study of the selected poems helps the readers to find deeper meaning and new dimensions into appreciating the literary works.

    Investigation of intervention strategies used for children with autism in lahore

    This study was about the investigation of those intervention strategies which were applying for the social skill communication, behavior and social skill development of children with autism. For this purpose, the researchers collected data from 40 teachers and six schools of Lahore city through the convenient sampling. It was descriptive study and was conducted with the help of self-development tool. The main objectives of the study were to investigate teachers about the behavior, communication and social skills problem in children with autism and explore different kind of strategies used for social, behavior and communication training for children with autism. The data of tool tabulated and analyzed through SPSS. The results were conducted that the teachers are used strategies for improving the social, communication and behavior of children with ASD. The relationship between demographic variables and strategies of communication, behavior and social skills of children with autism was also analyzed. Cronbach’s Alpha value .807 which means that the instrument was reliable.
