    Abstract It is a study of physical, educational, social, and psychological needs of the street and homeless children, who have been neglected and deprived from several reasons. Those who may have been physically, sexually, emotionally abused and physically and emotionally neglected, addicted to drugs and beggary. The main focus of the project is to create an environment which will synchronize the psychology of the neglected children, as psychology is the most fragile aspect in a child. The protection center will serve as a physical place which supplements the damaged mental states of the neglected children. Substantially, a new horizon in the wake of project’s apprehension towards its approach and ingression awaits the neglected ones’ life to be mourned and provoked to a better and a mobilized state of appease and a good society.
