    Cognitive behavioral therapy system
(UMT, Lhr, 2023) Iman Fatima Ghani; Laiba Shafiq; Maham Tariq; Elizah Sajid
Psychological diseases are affecting people worldwide and there are two main treatments available - medication and therapy. However, relying solely on medication is not enough to cure psychological patients or person with special needs whereas in other scenarios medication is not an option at all. Thus, it is crucial to supplement medication with therapy, which requires a significant amount of time and resources. The biggest challenge for clinical psychologists and the guardians of special needs individuals is to provide the necessary time and attention for the individual's improvement. To address this, a new method for therapy is needed. This is where the cognitive behavioral therapy system can help. It can provide focused therapy sessions and generate regular assessment reports, improving the rehabilitation process of users/special needs people. This system can also support psychologists and guardians in their efforts to help the person with special needs recover.
