    In the modern world, hiring applicants have now become a time-consuming task. For one position in a company, we can encounter mountain flow of CVs from different candidates. A lot of resources and manpower will go into waste just by interviewing one at a time. Therefore, we need an application that can filter applicants that are not suited for the position and recommend rest. This would be very beneficial for large co-operations and any other high-tech industrial parks where CVs are overflowing and time is of essence. The main goal of this project will be to create a functioning and sophisticated software that can filter out and recommend applicants that are more suited for a specific position in any industry.
