Item On local fractional metric dimensions of Mycielski's graphs(UMT Lahore, 2022) Hira ManzoorMetric dimension is an effective tool to study different distance based problems in the field of telecommunication, robotics, computer networking, integer programming, chemistry and electrical networking. the fractional metric dimension is the latest developed form of the metric dimension that is frequently used for the non-integral linear programming problems. in this thesis we will compute local fractional metric dimension (lfmd) for two different classes of mycielski's graphs called by path mycielski and cycle mycielski in the form of lower and upper bounds.the bounded and unboundedness of the obtained results is also discussed.we developed the general formulas of upper and lower bounds of local fractional metric dimension of mycielski's path graph for n≤10 , n ≡ 0(mod4) and mycielski's cycle graph. all the obtained results are illustrated by the examples of particular graphs belonging to the understudied families of graphs.Item UNDERSTANDING FACTORS AFFECTING POSITIVE STUDENTS EDUCATION IN PRACTICE; CASE STUDY OF UMT(UMT, Lahore, 2023) Hira ManzoorThis research delves into complex issue of student’s education. This study aims to extensively examine how student’s education, economic growth, education system and quality of teacher’s education are interrelated. Student’s education is still an existing issue in Pakistan, depriving children from their basic necessities like education, and a safe childhood. Employing a random sampling methodology, we gathered data from a diverse sample of 379 individuals from Students of UMT. Data is collected through structured questionnaires and subsequently subjected to rigorous analysis utilizing the SPSS. The outcomes of this research highlight a meaningful connection between student’s education and the factors of economic growth, education system, and the quality of teacher’s education. Our findings are helpful for enriching the literature review literature review and policy makers.
