Item Appraisal for HR Department of Taiga Apparel(University of Management and Technolog, 2018) Haroon Ahmad; Rimsha Maqsood; Momna Saleem; Amna BasharatThis project is conducted on Taiga Apparel, in which job description (JD) of employeeshave been aligned with performance appraisal (PA) of employees in a company. The company took this initiativebecauseintent to change its organizational structure by centralizing and formalizing. The goals and objectivesof the company and its department as revised under the light of these changes. This project assisted company on the 1st phase of the project in designing performance appraisal. Performance Appraisalprocess needs more emphasis and a proactive approach while managing the performance. Clear job descriptions of employees would make employees accountable performance and responsibilities, the JDs of employees would help managers to evaluate the performance in a better way. Documents were studied in details and a few un-structured interviews were conducted from employees of HR department to update JDs according to the updated task and create performance appraisal accordingly. The secondary research found number of gaps in JDs which required concentration in order to ensure that the employer needs valuable resources and retains employees make significant differences in the success of company. Therefore, new JDs and PA were proposed. The support of top management will be required for proper implementation of initiative for proper system of evaluation of performance and accountability.Item Appraisal for HR Department of Taiga Apparel(University of Management and Technolog, 2018) Haroon Ahmad; Rimsha Maqsood; Momna Saleem; Amna BasharatThis project is conducted on Taiga Apparel, in which job description (JD) of employeeshave been aligned with performance appraisal (PA) of employees in a company. The company took this initiativebecauseintent to change its organizational structure by centralizing and formalizing. Basha ([12]) and M. I. Ayari ([7]). In 2011, S. Basha ([15]) modified the contractions and proved the best proximity point results for single-valued non-self mapping and set-valued non-self mapping. One of the interesting generalizations of Banach contraction principle is named as proximal contraction of first and second kind. In this study, we introduce different contractions: proximal contraction, proximal contraction, M modified proximal contraction, M modified proximal contraction, generalized proximal contraction and M generalized proximal contraction from ([15]). We also introduce proximal Geraghty contraction, ( )M proximal Geraghty contraction, and ( )M modified proximal Geraghty contraction from ([7]). These contractive conditions are presented in different theorems and corollaries in Chapter 3 and 4. In this thesis, we prove some optimal coincidence point and best proximity point results using multivalued mapping in complete controlled metric type space. We also introduce some conditions which will be used to prove the uniqueness of the results. The optimal coincidence point results are more important than best proximity point results because they deal with two mappings, one of which is non-self mapping and the other is self-mapping, while in the best proximity point results only non-self mapping is discussed. Furthermore, some examples and corollaries are also presented in each chapter to elaborate and explain the usability of the main results.
