    The current research aims to explore that Professorial impact and job satisfaction among Pakistani journalist. For this purpose, correlational design was employed in order to investigate the conceptual model. Through a survey of 282 male and 118 female journalist participants, this study investigates professional impact and job satisfaction. The questionnaire was divided into seven sections that each dedicated to the separate variable assessment.
