    Sports are a source of national identity. Sports have a culture as well as social importance. It is basic nature of man to complete and excel from others. Sports are a stage where he can fulfill the innate need and desire to get fame and recognition. But there is a dilemma in the modern society, that there are no sports facilities for the people to make use of them. Cities are rapidly growing and getting more and congested and there is no consideration of sports and recreational facilities in the urban planning of The cities and towns. The result being that communities have started to fall apart and there are many social issue and problem rising and taking birth in the modern societies. Because of the lack of sports facilities society is heading towards its downfall. The handful of sports academic and institutions are turning out word class athletes that would represent our nation in international events. There is absolute need to revive our glorious past of sports that was once our identity. So a training sports complex with standardized sports facilities in inevitable to elevate the sports scene in Pakistan.
