Item Quran Learning Platform School of System and technology(UMT.Lahore, 2024) Amna Mehmood; Momina Shakoor; Fakhar Un Nisa; Rida Mehmood ZahidThe goal of this project is to create a comprehensive Quranic learning application with interactive feedback mechanisms and structured courses to improve users' recitation skills. Teachers will be able to upload and manage audio lessons using the program, and students will be able to turn in homework that includes audio recordings of their recitations. Through the use of a special feedback loop, teachers will be able to assess work that have been turned in, spot mistakes, offer helpful criticism, and issue grades according on performance. The program will track daily recitation of the Quran with Quran Streaks and daily prayer adherence with Namaz Streaks in order to promote constant involvement. These streaks are going to be used as inspirational resources to encourage consistent practice and religious devotion. In addition, based on the total points (XP) that teachers assign, pupils will be divided into competitive leagues. A leaderboard system will show ranks to further encourage commitment and progress. In order to ensure a scalable, responsive, and effective solution that can manage a sizable user base and dynamic content, the platform will be developed using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). This application will be a useful tool for Quranic education because it makes use of contemporary web technologies, which will enable a smooth user experience, reliable data management, and effective server-side operations.Item Women entrepreneurship and its impact on Career choices(University of Management and Technology Lahore, 2017) Fakhar Un NisaGlobalization is a progression through which any business activity gain international influence along with becoming operational activity on an international scale. Women entrepreneurs have been seen as economic drivers for the uplift of economic growth and welfare of the developing countries. This study is designed to identify the educational needs related to women entrepreneurs in Pakistan. Entrepreneurship education not only supports but also affects their career choices. This study will check the lived experiences of women entrepreneurs and will be regarded as the precedent case. It will inculcate the importance of entrepreneurial education and its impact on career choices. The research will be based on qualitative research along with phenomenology as inquiry strategy. The study will use purposive sampling and semi-structured interviews will be taken by the sample of 8 to 10 women. The finding which is undertaken in this thesis evidently accentuated the impact of women's life course and their experiences. Women experiences are based on multiple perspectives along with several motivations to become entrepreneurs. The ladies' inspiration to set up business was impacted by these settings as well as formed by individual profession inclinations and changes in parts and connections at different stages over their life course. The outcomes of the study showed that women entrepreneurial education are considered as a tool to re-sharpen their skills to become successful entrepreneurs. After entrepreneurial education, they can deploy multiple entrepreneurship strategies to come up with strong and prosperous entrepreneurs.
