Item User interface of mooc platforms(UMT Lahore, 2021) FAHAD HASSANIn recent years the importance of MOOC (massive online open courses) has been recognized intensively. Much work has been done in this platform. Supporters to this method of learning prefer to face-to-face learning. Opponents argue that this type of learning has no future as it is distance learning. In fact this type of learning is progressing all over the world. Although analysis of MOOC data is time consuming and require advanced set of skills to cope it. Usage of such skills is creating problems for researchers due to unavailability of approach to it. Evaluation of learning process of students is not possible before the end of session. In the modern age the platform like “zoom” have reduce the problem by the tool of microphone. Tools used in MOOC platform must be user friendly. The analysis of MOOC data focuses on new innovations to facilitate user. Usability evaluation of a virtual learning environment can be a case study of an educational organization .the methodology research can be based on questionnaires to evaluate the effectiveness of MOOC in our country environment. In a developing country like Pakistan, such study is inevitable due to different parameters like urban, rural, poor, and rich and gender based. In the modern world students are interact with the online courses in different interface. It is urgent for the MOOC due to epidemic corona the traditional education is not good and the MOOC education is used necessarily for the learning process. The problem is the there is no progress in the interface design. The study of MOOC platforms we need to know which factors are favourable for the user and which factors are not suitable for this purpose.
