    Upper Cross Syndrome is a muscular imbalance, as Janda said, which is usually present due to poor posture or in persons who have forward head posture. It is usually present in computer users as different researches. And it is usually present in them due to poor sitting posture and due to their placement of laptop or computer during their work. It is usually placed below the level of their eyes which is the cause of poor posture and then Upper Cross Syndrome.
