Quran Learning Platform School of System and technology
(UMT.Lahore, 2024) Amna Mehmood; Momina Shakoor; Fakhar Un Nisa; Rida Mehmood Zahid
The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive Quranic learning application with interactive feedback mechanisms and structured courses to improve users' recitation skills. Teachers will be able to upload and manage audio lessons using the program, and students will be able to turn in homework that includes audio recordings of their recitations. Through the use of a special feedback loop, teachers will be able to assess work that have been turned in, spot mistakes, offer helpful criticism, and issue grades according on performance. The program will track daily recitation of the Quran with Quran Streaks and daily prayer adherence with Namaz Streaks in order to promote constant involvement. These streaks are going to be used as inspirational resources to encourage consistent practice and religious devotion. In addition, based on the total points (XP) that teachers assign, pupils will be divided into competitive leagues. A leaderboard system will show ranks to further encourage commitment and progress. In order to ensure a scalable, responsive, and effective solution that can manage a sizable user base and dynamic content, the platform will be developed using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). This application will be a useful tool for Quranic education because it makes use of contemporary web technologies, which will enable a smooth user experience, reliable data management, and effective server-side operations.
