Some of the qualities that are often associated with women as leaders are empathy, collaboration, communication, creativity, and resilience. These qualities can help women to influence others positively and constructively, and to foster a culture of trust, respect, and innovation.InspirationThe inspiration to choose this topic is the versatility of women's in modern age to prove themselves in every domain.Many taboos and stereotypes consider women’s to be inferior whereas its nothing except gender biasness so to overcome that I was inspired to choose to this topic so that I can demonstrate the diversity, creativity and influence of women in leadership in my work and let us all together try hard to overcome these taboos stereotypes and barriers and make a word free of gender discrimination.as women’s “we say we are prior not an option" Fashion lineThe fashion line will be focusing on experimental dresses, such dresses which are used for officials and that are multifunctional. 4 women dresses will be made which will be demonstration of experimental designs and cut lines that of course sets and business suits. Such Colors and patterns will be used which demonstrates symbol of empowerment, equality and peace, colors such as blue, pink and white. Will be used. Patterns such as motifs, and symmetric pattern will be used. Other than that embroidery, embalishment and fabric manipulation will be shown in dresses.The designs tend to be made on fabrics which are comfortable so it can show the versatility of balancing personal and professional life for example: cotton, denim and coat fabrics. layers, pockets, and belts would be used to show functionality and practicality.Other than that, asymmetrical or unconventional designs such as wrap arounds could be used to show originality and innovation. The flattering or empowering cuts and fits, such as tailored, fitted, or draped, to show confidence and elegance.Pros and solsThe double bind and catch-22 of being warm and nice, as well as competent and tough. Women leaders are often expected to display both feminine and masculine traits, such as empathy and assertiveness, but these traits are often seen as incompatible or contradictory. A possible solution is to educate women and men about second-generation gender bias, which is the subtle and often unconscious discrimination that women face in leadership roles. By raising awareness and challenging stereotypes, women and men can create a more inclusive and supportive culture for women leaders
