The study concludes by identifying the existence of opportunities for money laundering in real estate sector of Pakistan because of the industry's lack of transparency and regulation, which is highly prone to inflate prices against market trends, manipulate property values, reduce state revenue, and compromise the integrity of the sector and fair competition. Even though the real estate industry in Pakistan is a major force behind economic growth, issues with accountability, transparency, and regulatory oversight still exist. The economic justice related concepts equitable resource distribution, transparent institutions, and accountability for unlawful riches are all directly harmed by AML regulatory flaws, as demonstrated by Pakistan's real estate industry. But keeping track of all the activities and their records on paper is very cumbersome and error prone. It also is very inefficient and a time-consuming process, Observing the continuous increase in population and number of people visiting the hospital. Recording and maintaining all these records is highly unreliable, inefficient and error-prone. It is also not economically and technically feasible to maintain these records on paper. So keeping the working of the manual system as the basis of our project, we have developed an automated version of the manual system, named as “Patient Information Management System”. The main aim of our project is to provide a paper-less OPD (Out Patient Data) up to 100%. It also aims at providing low-cost reliable automation of the existing systems. The system also provides excellent security of data at every level of user-system interaction and also provides robust and reliable storage and backup facilities. Basic functionalities of our project includes Consultant portal, Patient Portal, Admin portal, Book Appointments, Add prescription. Except these, previously stored data and prescriptions can also be viewed. Patients, Consultants and Clinics can register into our system. This methodology was very little powerful and productive. In order to expel the challenges that occur in this prior instrument, there is have to create or become such a computational system for anticipating phosphorylation positions that can resolve this trouble with lesser means in a brief span period. The crucial theory or approach that will be utilized as a part of our wander for anticipating phosphorylation goals fuses the diverse steps that begins right off the bat with getting or assembling the exploratory checked information from the uniprot site as to the game plan of amino acids in the wake of social affair the data and after that go to think to highlights include vectors from it and after that by using these element vectors, begin planning of our data using neural framework. Subsequent to preparing with neural system our structure prepared to perceive the particular destinations of protein on which phosphorylation ought to be conceivable. This method is far better than previous methods. In our proposed document, the accuracy and specificity is better than previous documents. This technique was commonly costly and tedious and furthermore required excessively.Item Violation of women rights in afghanistan(UMT.Lahore, 2023) Syed Ali Daniyal; Ali Hassan; Waleed Tahir; Anas KhawarThis thesis is regarding the violation that is being faced by women in Afghanistan and it is also highlighted that how these issues are not allowed by the new regime of Afghanistan to capture or discuss these issues.
