    Project Management System (SCRUM Based)

    A lot of organizations are using SCRUM methodology to handle their projects due to its flexibility and fast results. In light of that, we have proposed an online system that will facilitate organizations to manage their projects using SCRUM both in-house and remotely. The proposed system is built using Laravel 5.2 framework and MySQL with different front end technologies. System’s interface is kept simple intentionally as response time is more important in a management system rather than the visuals. Admin and users are able to use this system to communicate and track the status of the project they are part of. The system provides the basic requirements of SCRUM including sprints, tasks, product backlog and more. The system is targeted towards small organizations who are looking for simpler solutions for their management needs.
