    EXAMINING THE IMPACT OF COLLABORATIVE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ON OPEN INNOVATION PERFORMANCE

    The main purpose of this research is to maximize team cohesion by Human Resource Management to achieve open innovation in private textile mills in Pakistan. To achieve this purpose, the author has examined the role of collaborative HRM (CHRM) and servant leadership (SL) in this process. Moreover, this study took a quantitative methodological approach to achieve this aim. The researcher has collected the data from 160 employees working at a managerial level in private textile mills, in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. The questionnaire is used as a data collection instrument. This study is original and the first attempt by the researcher to examine the role of collaborative HRM and servant leadership to enhance team cohesion to foster open innovation, which is a very critical thing for the textile industry.
