Item AN EMPIRICAL EVALUATION OF CLASSICAL ALGORITHMS FOR SENTIMENT ANALYSIS FOR URDU TEXT(UMT, Lahore, 2021) Abdul MateenSentiment analysis has become one of the growing research areas related to the processing of natural languages and machine learning. There is a great deal of opinion and sentiment on particular topics available online, enabling many parties to discuss these views, such as clients, businesses and even governments. . The first task is to classify the text in terms of whether it expresses opinion or factual information Classification of polarities is the second activity that distinguishes between the polarities that sentences can bear (positive, negative or neutral). In terms of the English language, the study of natural language texts for the recognition of subjectivity and feeling has been well studied. The work carried out in terms of the Urdu language, on the other hand, remains in its infancy; hence, further collaboration between research communities is needed for them to give Urdu a mature sentiment analysis method. In this area, there are recognized challenges; some are inherited from the nature of the Urdu language itself, while others are derived from the scarcity of instruments and equipment from different sources. . In this research, we will construct a sentiment analyzer for Urdu text using a lexicon of Urdu sent units and their contextual information in a given sentence.Item Bank security system(UMT.Lahore, 2014) Umair Mubashar; Hanan Ali; Abdul MateenSafety always is the most important tool for proper and safe working. The benefits of maintaining a safe work environment are many, but first and foremost, safety is about what you can do to protect yourself and your workers; it’s the right thing to do. Safety was always the need but usually people don’t pay keep attention on it. The primary objective of this task is to plan and execute a bank security framework focused around microcontroller and GSM engineering which could be composed in bank, secured business locales and homes. In this framework just true individual might be recuperated cash from bank locker. We have actualized a bank security framework focused around microcontroller and GSM engineering containing all the cutting edge innovation utilizing microcontroller and GSM which can used to secure the banks by initiating them. The fundamental point of interest of utilizing principle controller and GSM is more secure than different frameworks. This framework comprises of microcontroller, vibration indicator, GSM modem, Laser, infrared, and Metal identifier, in this framework The Microcontroller controls the entire framework through GSM when any unsettling influence seems then microcontroller send the SMS to the validated individual portable number. By using this system we can manage to control the security issues automatically and efficiently.Item Bank security system(University of Management and Technology, 2014) Umair Mubashar; Hanan Ali; Abdul MateenSafety always is the most important tool for proper and safe working. As the modern era, requires everything at fingertips to avail comfort, so this system is designed and developed to automate the home electric appliances easily through internet. Through administrator panel, a customer is added and a user is created. Administrator will issue a username and password for user, will configure the user's houses, rooms, and control boards. Afterward, user can access all the related information. This is very reliable and secure system. User can manage and control all their home electric appliances with ease. Once for all, Home Automation System is a bridge between home electric appliances and user to control themItem Hostellers(UMT Lahore, 2019-03-28) Hamza Zahid; Rida Zahid; Abdul MateenNow-a-days students and job holder came from different cities are facing too much problem in finding a perfect place to live in which is according to their budget. This application will give them broad choice to choose hostels/flat according to their needs. Moreover, we are developing an application which is providing the opportunity to housing society owner that they can predict whether their sales will go up or down? How many people can come to their society? Which area has more chances to get populated? We will provide a platform where students/job holder will meet house holders directly and student/job holder can see different variety of houses/flats and can choose one from them.Item Patterns of uterine abnormalities and frequency of tubal blockage on Hysterosalpingography among women with primary and secondary infertility in population of Punjab Pakistan(UMT, Lahore, 2026) Noor Ul Ain; Hadia Hafeez; Mishma Mahmood; Muhammad Muneeb Nasir; Abdul Mateen; Muhammad Jawad ShahbazBackground: Infertility is a key reproductive health issue that affects millions of couples in the world and has great medical, psychological, and social implications. Among the female factors that are the most significant causes of infertility, structural abnormalities of the uterus and fallopian tubes are considered. Hysterosalpingography (HSG) is an imaging modality that is commonly employed as the first-line tool of assessing the morphology of the uterine cavity and the patency of tubes in infertile women. The objective of the current research was to establish the trend of uterine abnormalities and prevalence of tubal blockage identified on hysterosalpingography in women with both primary and secondary infertile women at Punjab, Pakistan. Aim: The research will attempt to evaluate the trends of uterine abnormality and incidence of fallopian tube obstruction using hysterosalpingography (HSG) on women with primary and secondary infertility. It will also make a comparison of HSG in the two groups of the Pakistani population. Methods: It is a cross-sectional study in a hospital and it was done at the Department of Radiology, Fatima Memorial Hospital, Lahore. The study included 175 infertile women aged 18 to 45 years who had HSG to determine their infertility issues through the use of consecutive sampling. It was done based on a structured proforma; data on demographic characteristics, reproductive history, and HSG findings were collected and analyzed through SPSS. Results: Majority of the respondents were aged between 29 and 39 years (60.6), primary infertility (51.4) was slightly more prevalent than secondary infertility (48.6), with an infertility period of mainly 1-5 years (72.6). Most of them (72) had regular menstrual cycles, with the most frequent ones being 22-25 days (48.6). In 67.4, HSG revealed normal uterine cavity in 67.4 percent and abnormalities in 32.6 percent, congenital abnormalities in 26.3 percent, mostly arcuate uterus (19.4%). In terms of tube status, the right tube was found to be patent in 59.4 and left tube patent 65.1 and both proximal and distal obstructions were noted. The peritoneal spill was bilateral in the 45.7, unilateral in 31.4 and not present in 22.9. In total, abnormal HSG results were more common (74.3%), tubal pathology was the most common (32.6%), combined (21.1) and uterine abnormalities were the most common (20.6%). The type of infertility was significantly correlated with the HSG findings ( p = 0.035). vii Conclusion: The most frequent abnormal observation in infertile women undergoing HSG was found in tubal pathology especially secondary infertility. The results provide a strong case in favor of the use of hysterosalpingography as an effective and inexpensive diagnostic instrument in measuring uterine and tubal factors that cause infertility particularly in resource constrained environments.Item Switch mode 42V car battery charger system(University of Management and Technology, 2014) Omer Abid; Abdul Mateen; Haroon, MuhammadWith advancement in technology loads and accessories in vehicles are significantly changing. Due to global warming and energy crises a system is required to improve fuel consumption and to regulate fuel emission. To overcome this problem power electronics can play an important role to improve vehicle’s architecture by establishing a higher voltage system of 42V using electrical components which draw less energy from the vehicle’s engine. Keeping this thing in mind, we decided to work on 42V vehicle battery charger system as our project for final year. Presently vehicle runs on 14V car battery system as this system seems to be vulnerable to support the heavy loads that are being installed with every new model of vehicle introduced in the market. Automobile industry has agreed to a new improved system that will deliver power to the heavy loads that they will require in modern vehicles. This idea was proposed after considering huge increase in the demand of new technology being installed in vehicles. Further, the true practical barriers to receiving of 42V have been designed and solved. Alternating Current is converted in to Dc with the help of switch mode power supply circuit. The circuit contains Metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor for the switching at high frequency purpose and contains a pulse width modulation based feedback circuit that does not only drives the gate of MOSFET but also control the pulse width with any change in the input. The 42V system is designed and tested with the three batteries connected in the series.
