    DOPAMINE MASTERY

    The topic of my thesis is “Dopamine Mastery”. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that is released when we perform certain tasks in our life. Dopamine performs a vital role in motivation, reward, happiness and pleasure after completing a task. It is mainly known as happiness and satisfaction that we get when we reach a goal, complete a task. However, Dopamine has some negative side which is causing main problems in our youth. Dopamine can make us addicted to short term happiness which leads to harmful effects in the long term.
