The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between self-compassion, eudaimonic wellbeing and interpersonal difficulties in working women. The data was collected from 169 participants through non-probability purposive sampling. Participants were administered demographic sheets, Self-Compassion Scale (Batool & Jabeen, 2017)
