Collegial environment at secondary level schools of Allama Iqbal town Lahore

The study was carried out to ascertain the extent of Collegial Environment in Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore's secondary level school teachers in the context of sex, age, marital status, qualification, and experience. A questionnaire was developed for item wise analysis keeping in view Parent — Teacher Relationship, Teacher — Principal Relationship, and Teacher — Teacher Relationship. This questionnaire was used as a research instrument and it contained sixty items. The type of investigation was survey research. Cluster samples of 10% of the population were selected in order to increase the effectiveness of the study and to get more reliable results. Quantitative techniques were used to analyze data. The information collected through questionnaire is presented in quantitative form. Testing of null hypothesis was done With one sample t-test and results are written in numerical form and standard deviation is presented in error bar figures.
