Item Domestic violence against women in pakistan(UMT.Lahore, 2019) JAHANGIR KHANWomen are seen as inferior to be ruled by their men’s to have better or for the major cases they should be ready for the worse situation. Women are not allowed to raise voice against domestic violence by men that includes brothers, fathers, and husbands after their marriage or the male relatives who are in the control their physical being. Most common form of violence against the women is domestic violence. Because of the high profile incidents the cases of domestic violence are not reported virtually and that is why, cases are never investigated. The study is basically a content analysis on multisource data derived from different statutes, case laws, articles published in academic journals, international reports, articles from different periodicals and dailies, and different online sources, written on violence against women at domestic level in Pakistan. Concluding the issue of Domestic Violence against women in this research study includes that females sometimes get victim of violence because of fear, sometimes it happens due to family pressure and early marriages. In future policy makers and legislators should work more and run advocacy campaigns to minimize this issue.
