Analysis of language delay application using topsis

Learning Lang is application that will help children facing language delay problem in their childhood. It can be used by parents or teacher for helping children facing this problem to learn language. The 5% children in world population are facing language delay problem this application will solve that problem. Not only children but anyone who wants to learn a new language can use this application with ease and can learn language without going to any language learning institutes. Parents or instructor can add new words according to levels for better learning process and for better language pronunciation. The main cause of language disorder is due to bilingual environment that children face at home or school. This application will overcome this disorder in children.
