Effects of Family Motivation, Anxiety, and Economic Scarcity on Workplace Deviance

Family motivation is a strong and positive emotion. It is known to stimulate the workers for facing the workplace hardships, without any loss of enthusiasm. It also works as a substitute for other forms of motivations like good working conditions, meaningfulness at work, autonomy, and other features of a good job design. However, recently, the focus has also shifted towards any negative effects of family motivation: lack of voice due to fear of losing of the job, dishonest practices to meet the needs of their families, and lack of focus at work due to attention being occupied by some personal life problem
